To restore full-fledged work of the Parliament, the Leaders of four Deputy Factions in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine The Party of Regions Faction, The Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc Faction, The Our Ukraine-People´s Self-Defence Bloc Faction, The Lytvyn Bloc Faction - signed Protocol of Understanding on Thursday, 6 March.
The document stipulates that plenary sittings of Parliament will start on March 6, 2008 in accordance with the schedule of the second session.
